The Queer party line-up that is considered to be accidentally responsible for the revival of the genre that started club culture. Started 18 years ago as a bar night in the south side of London, HMD is now a world-wide sensation. with radio shows and music releases under their own record label and others, residencies in NYC and Berlin and recurring appearances at the best clubs and festivals on this globe. Amongst the 4 residents, the musical range is broad - from all time fave disco hits to the most esoteric and dirty underground disco; they pass through the vast sub-genre fields in between (space disco, Italo and further to funk, soul, Chicago house and more). Between fine musical taste and the ability to weave musical journeys that originate in the beginning of club music and reach to the edges of contemporary dance music; HMD manage to bring disco heads, club kids, bears and straight people all under one roof, with a clear agenda to provide a queer space open for all.
